Return & Refund Policy – MobileQShop

At MobileQShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

A. Mobile Accessories (New)

  • ✅ 14-Day Return Policy – Unused, unopened items in original packaging with receipt.
  • ❌ Non-Returnable – Opened/used accessories (e.g., screen protectors, earbuds).

B. Used/Refurbished Phones

  • ✅ 7-Day Return Policy – If the device has a manufacturing defect or doesn’t match the description.
  • ❌ Non-Returnable – Physical/liquid damage, software changes, or no-fault found after inspection.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. 📩 Contact Us – Email danish@mobileqshop.com or call 780-874-5802 within the return window.
  2. 📷 Get Approval – We may require photos/videos of the issue.
  3. 📦 Ship It Back – Send the item to our return address (provided via email).
  4. 💵 Refund/Exchange – Once approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit/debit, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
  • Restocking Fee: 10% for non-defective returns (used phones only).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns – If the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customer Pays – If returning for change of mind (unless local pickup).

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items within 14 days.
  • Must be the same model (subject to availability).

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened screen protectors, tempered glass, or earphones.
  • Phones with physical damage, cracked screens, or water exposure.
  • Items purchased as-is or clearance sale items.
